Additionally, we may share personal information with optional service providers that may be of interest to you as a resident of a Benchmark property, such as renters’ insurance providers, and rent payment reporting providers. This sharing does not include any opt-ins to SMS provided by Benchmark residents. Such SMS opt-ins are strictly used for direct communication with Benchmark and its properties as consented to by the resident. Opting-in to SMS communications does not constitute an opt-in to communications with any third-party optional service providers.

To personalize and enhance your experience on our Sites, we also may collect information through “cookies.” Cookies are small strings of text sent by our Sites to your browser and then stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. We use the Entrata platform as our property management software, and thus store and process personal information shared with us by prospective renters and residents of Benchmark properties through that platform to run analytics and conduct our operations.
