|Recommended: YesThe property is well-kept. — I would say that Beechwood Pines is a respectable community in which neighbors show compassion for each other additionally, there is a sense of support from the office staff in case of any emergencies. Kelli does a fantastic job I look forward to how Beechwood Pines operates when the pandemic eventually subsides. Overall, I appreciate living here and would recommend it to any young professional.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Clean, and Quiet Community — The staff so far has been incredibly helpful with any and all questions I've had, particularly with the difficulties COVID has thrown into the process. The complex and amenities while currently closed is clean and kept-up, and it feels incredibly safe and well-connected with all of the shopping and restaurant choices nearby. My apartment is very roomy and well-kept, and I'm excited to live here for the foreseeable future
|Recommended: YesGreat location in Athens — Being within walking distance of so many stores is a huge plus. Very friendly neighbors and quiet. Staff has been exceptionally helpful and quick with responses.
|Recommended: YesConvenient location — It's a good place to live, the main downside is that the trash compactor is inconvenient to get to because it's outside the gate. I enjoy that it's not student housing and there's various kinds of ppl living there
|Recommended: YesLove it here — I love living at Beechwood. You can't beat the location. I'm just a short walk from popular restaurants and stores, and I'm only a 7-minute drive from downtown. I feel secure in this neighborhood, all of the neighbors are nice and friendly. The management and staff have been very professional and kind. Maintenance has also been very helpful and quick when it comes to work orders. I wouldn't have renewed my lease if I didn't love it here.

The mix of families and students is perfect, especially given the college town nature. I particularly like the amenities, friendly staff, and overall quality of the apartment itself.

|Recommended: YesThe manager, Ms. Kelly Nelms, is great. She is very accommodating and helpful. In addition, the maintenance gentlemen are the best. Service requests are always completed the same day, typically within only a few hours of submitting the request.
