|Recommended: YesVery Good Overall — Everything is great, except 1 some of the edges of the cabinets are peeling, 2 the layout of the ceiling fan doesn't really make sense, and 3 the towel hanger in the bathroom was just just screwed into the drywall and ripped out of the wall simply when removing a towel.
Minor construction issues but otherwise a great rental.

|Recommended: YesFantastic — Ms. Kelly Nelms and the management team the dudes - work very well. I do not know the name of the other lady works in the main office but she also does a very good job.
The only thing is that it would be really great if you care more about breezeways.
1 Please, clean those routinely. On my floor, there are some napkins. I do not know who the heck did that.
2 Some dust and trash in staircases. Please...
3 Please go for more pest control. Close to my unit door, there are big spiders and their cobwebs as well as wasp nests. If you do pest control routinely, there should be no such issues.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and safe while a bit pricey — This is a good apartment complex that is safe, quiet and near downtown. The floor plans are a bit pricey but the environment is great.
|Recommended: YesBest apartment community I've ever lived in. — It's quiet. The staff responds to any requests in a timely and professional manner. They also keep residents well informed about what's going on in the community. Amenities are pretty awesome, too.
|Recommended: YesBeechwood Pines — Beechwood Pines has excellent staff and is an overall great place to live due to its pool, pet friendly policy, and total commitment to excellence. The proximity to campus, downtown, and five points are also some of the benefits of living at Beechwood Pines. I would highly recommend Beechwood Pines to any Athenian.
