|Recommended: YesGREAT COMPLEX LOVE LIVING HERE — So happy I was able to get an apartment here. Even though we're in a busy shopping traffic area of Athens, the complex is tucked away and completely fenced gated so you don't even know it's here and it has been very safe. Having all the shopping within walking distance is great HUGE living space, well laid out, W D a bonus... As a mom of 2 dogs - the dog park and dog-friendly community just cinched it for me. Not to mention the pool, car wash area fitness rm. The complex is kept up extremely well, the staff is amazing - knowledgeable, quick to respond friendly. My only complaint is that coming from Los Angeles Connecticut, rent prices are very high in Athens considering the average salaries offered by UGA and other businesses.
|Recommended: YesOverall fantastic — The apartment complex is very spacious, with tons of parking for guests, relatives, etc. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind even helped me move my 100 gallon fish tank into my apartment and overall is a wonderful place to live. My only complaint, and it could just be my apartment, but my upstairs neighbor seems to always be moving furniture or walking heavily at night which can be a disturbance, but that is only one negative in a sea of positives about this place.

|Recommended: YesThe property is well landscaped and taken care of by maintanence. — It has been a relatively nice place to live, with the neighbors sometimes being extremely noisy. I wish the walls had more soundproof to them.

|Recommended: YesWe love the property very well maintained and quiet for the most part — Sometimes you smell dog poo in the hallway as you pass some apartments. The smoking has stopped and No more issues smelling weed in our unit. Very appreciative of the changes made.

|Recommended: YesOutstanding Service — Great neighbors, excellent location, phenomenal service, and anytime you have a maintenance issue even if it's a simple item like light replacement, air filters, or big items like wasp nests - they respond the same day
|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, lived there for about 5 years total. — Great complex. Only issue is the use of the grill pool after it gets dark. The grill in middle has terrible lighting.

Also, the complex is well lighted so I feel comfortable coming and going at night. Additionally, the staff and maintenance crew are awesome.
